The project organisation looks like this. As you can see there are many different groups and parts involved. I think it is necessary for such a ”university-wide” project – otherwise you don´t get the support and involvement and influence from many parts which is necessary if you want to do the right things and be able to do the right priorities.
The university director is the project assigner together with the ICT Committee. This committee is an organisation with representatives from the four faculties. The other delegates are appointed by the university director and come from the central ICT organisation, the library and other parts of the university administration. The main purpose of the committee is to develop and finance ICT projects within the SU. The project is financed in that way.
