Anchoring is one of the most difficult parts – and also among the most important. And it takes a lot of time and hard work – many hours in meetings with teachers and administrative staff. I do not know how it is working at other universities but I believe ours is not the only one where there are many suspicious minds to all initiatives from the university´s central administrative departments – and from the library as well.
